Ruth Marie (Maness) Hance

Ruth M. Hance, age 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the early evening hours on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle and Gilbert; the love of her life, Jack; her son, Benny; and her 7 siblings. She is survived by her sister, Lois McAnally; daughters, Pamela Blair and Kimberly Parker; grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley, Jennifer, Lexy, Kayla, Kylie, Kelby, and Kinsey; and multiple great grandchildren. Ruth loved the Lord and her family. Her love for Jesus was radiant. Her joyful love for the Lord will live on through the legacy she leaves behind. The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29th at Manley Baptist Church, 3603 W. Andrew Johnson Highway, Morristown, TN 37814. The service will follow. Flowers can be delivered to Manley Baptist Church. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
