Ruth Esther (Trent) Marshall

Ruth E. Marshall, age 68, of Bean Station, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at UT Medical Center. She worked as a CNA and private caregiver. She was a loving and caring person who will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Edna Trent; brothers, Kenneth and Robert Trent: sister, Ruby Trent; and nephew, Gene Trent. She is survived by her sons, Shannon (Amanda) Marshall, and James Marshall; grandchildren, Amber and Drake Marshall; brothers, Curtis (Peggy) Trent and Luther Trent; sisters, Linda Perry, and Donna Fleenor; special nephew, Randall Trent; special niece, Yolanda Perry; special great niece, Betty Trent; and also several other nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, January 6th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 7 pm Wednesday with Rev. Donnie Myers officiating.
