Sandra Kay Wicker, age 71, of Morristown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, August 26, 2024 at her residence. She was a member of Holt’s Baptist Church. Sandra was devoted to her family, always teaching her kids determination, a good work ethic, and that the thing that mattered in life was taking care of others. She had a great sense of humor and was the most selfless person. She was the oldest sibling of seven, she loved her children and grandchildren, and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, John Hopson; brothers, Russ Collins and Johnny Hopson; sisters, Kathy Potter and Penny Parker; and step-father, Paul “HubCap” Collins. She is survived by her husband, Cliff Wicker; children, Dagan (Sarah) Smith, Jacey (Aaron) Lovelady, Jordan (Jessica) Noe, Tiffany Noe, and Elaney Noe; mother, Stella Collins; grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Sawyer Smith, Carson Clifford Lovelady, Addyson Lovelady, and Liam Noe; brothers, Michael Hopson and Benjamin Collins; sisters, Lisa Noe, Sherry (Scott) carpenter, and Carolyn (Joe) Pedigo; devoted niece, Ashlee (Ross) Williams; and several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, August 29th at Holt’s Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Alan Lamb and Rev. Ken Cole officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Friday, August 30th at Holt’s Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
