Sandra Jean Williams, age 80, of Morristown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. She was a member of Alpha Baptist church in Morristown. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was passionate about serving Jesus and others her entire life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaston and Ruella Pierce; and sister, Carolyn Sue Finney. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill Williams; son, Dr. Tim (Debbie) Williams; daughters, Suzanne (Joe) Davis, and Mary Beth Burns; grandchildren, Grant (Emily) Williams, Kaylie Williams Vu, Lesli (Andrew) Mense, Andrew Mills, Isabella Mills, Gracey Mills, and Lydia Burns (Humberto) Martinez; great grandchildren, Timothy, Thomas and Evie Williams, Jackson and Kai Vu, and Stratton Mense; sister-in-law, Margie McNaughton; and childhood best friend, Charlotte Hardin. The family would like to extend a special thanks to all of the staff at Jefferson Park and Smoky Mountain Hospice. The family will receive friends from 12 – 1p.m. on Saturday, December 14th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 1p.m. with Rev. Heath Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Alpha Baptist Church or Smoky Mountain Hospice. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
