Obituary
Tim Backer, age 50, of Morristown, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023. He was employed at Walmart in west Morristown. He was a loving father and Papaw who could always make anyone smile. He is survived by his son, Bradley Wayne Backer and daughter-in-law, Taylor Backer; grandchildren, Aubree Jordyn Backer and Chloe Jane Backer; ex-wife, Charlotte Backer; his beloved dog, “Sugar”; mother and step-father, Mary and Frank Garrett; brothers, John Backer and his wife, Robin Backer, Billy Backer, and Jim Backer; step-brother, Frankie Garrett; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Thanks to all of his work family whom he loved and cared for dearly. He is and will always be sorely missed. Per Tim’s wishes, no services will be scheduled. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
