Timothy "Tim" Wayne Carter

Timothy “Tim” Wayne Carter, age 47, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Melba Carter; father, Aaron Tooley; and nephew, Connor Deyoung. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Carter; children, Austin Carter, Loralie Carter, and Jackson Carter; mother, Pamela Carter; brother, Jason (Rose) Carter; sister, Heather (Brad) Davis; aunt, Debbie (Dean) Mathis; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Larry and Dorothy Miller; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, July 18th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Chaplain Kenny Bailey officiating.
