Victoria "Tori" Grace Billings

Victoria “Tori” Grace Billings, age 16, of Russellville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. She attended Arrowhead Church and was duel enrolled at James Madison High School and Walters State Community College. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Virgil Billings and Roy Baggett. She is survived by her parents, Damon and Shellie Billings; sister, Taylor Billings; brother, Caleb Billings; grandparents, Sherry Baggett and Donna Billings; uncles, Virgil, Jr. (Terri) Billings and Foster (Diana) Billings; aunts, Misty (Thomas) Gould and Michelle (Jimmy) Conwell; and several cousins. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 29th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Ben Shoun officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 30th at Bethesda Cemetery for graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
