Wiley Haag, age 85, of Talbott, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at his residence after an extended illness. He was a Vietnam veteran and retired from the Coys Mines. Wiley professed faith in Christ at an early age and was baptized in Kansas in 1973 while serving in the Army. He attended Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church until his health declined and was a member of American Legion Post 0113. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Rosie Haag; and two infant twin sisters. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Rickey Haag and Norma Lynch; daughter and son-in-law, Nickie and Roger Sartain; granddaughters, Amber (Cory) Hawkins, Holly Haag, Summer (Ben) Ritz, and Shae Sartain; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn and Hunter Wiley Hawkins and Violet and Charlotte Ritz; and brother, Wallace Haag. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, April 3rd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 4th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for military graveside services. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
