Mary Bell Woodard, age 92, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Tazewell. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Woodard; parents, Delbert and Alice Rickard; brothers, James Rickard and Bill Rickard; and sister, Grace Rickard. She is survived by her daughter, Penny (Anthony) Boyd; grandchildren, Jonathan (Julie) Bowlin, Justin (Amanda) Chess, Jayda Boyd, Jarred Boyd, and Tyler (Beth) Sloan; great-grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth, Grant, and Cracker Bowlin, and Jemma, Jaxson, Chess, and Maddie Sloan; brothers, Sanford Rickard and Lewis Rickard; sisters, Ailene Saylor and Shirley McKinney; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Seals officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, September 29 at Hamblen Memory Gardens.  Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
